Starting from eating healthy foods, getting enough sleep, and maintaining body hydration, it becomes an important factor before starting skin care routines.

Dr. Selly recommends eating nutritious food, drinking water at least two liters per day, and avoiding staying up late. Enough sleep is needed because the body’s metabolic process takes place at night.
“Dense activities, use of makeup, and irregular lifestyle often have a negative impact on skin conditions. One of them is the habit of forgetting to remove makeup due to fatigue, which can trigger various skin problems,” he said.
In addition to a healthy lifestyle, avoid habits that can damage the skin, such as cleaning up makeup before bed often causes a landslide to appear the next day. This happens because the remaining makeup and dirt clog the pores, which can trigger comodos to the millia.
