Cranberry Juice Gelatin Cutouts

Bright, tangy, and fun to make, Cranberry Juice Gelatin Cutouts are a delightful twist on a classic treat. They’re perfect for parties, holidays, or anytime you want a refreshing, fruity snack.

Ingredients:

2 cups cranberry juice (100% juice, unsweetened preferred)

2 envelopes unflavored gelatin (about 2 tablespoons)

2–3 tablespoons honey or sugar (optional, to taste)

1 teaspoon lemon juice (for a little zest)

Instructions:

Pour 1 cup of cranberry juice into a small saucepan. Sprinkle gelatin evenly over the top and let it sit for 5 minutes to soften.

Heat the mixture gently over low heat, stirring until the gelatin dissolves completely.

Remove from heat and stir in the remaining 1 cup of cranberry juice, sweetener, and lemon juice.

Pour into a shallow dish or baking pan and refrigerate for 2–3 hours, until firm.

Ingredients:
4 (.3 oz.) boxes of sugar-free strawberry and/or cherry gelatin
2 ½ cups 100% cranberry juice
Directions:

Wash hands with soap and water.
Pour cranberry juice into a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil.
Add the gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.
Pour the gelatin mixture into a 9 X 13 inch pan. Place in the refrigerator until firm.
Use your favorite cookie cutters to make cutouts. Cover and store leftovers in the refrigerator.
